Please email to us prior to the start of the meeting so that we know they will run without a problem.  We'll let you know that we've received your presentation and that it runs on the laptop that will be used at AC.  You are welcomed to make any changes necessary at the meeting -contact information will be left at the registration desk.

3. Bring a copy of your presentation on a cd or usb memory stick as a back-up.

4. Non-NJMCA laptops will not be used.

5. Presentations should be kept to a manageable size.  Size can be reduced by reducing image sizes through the use of Microsoft's Photo Editor or other photo imaging software.   If your presentation is on the grand side and is too large to email, copy it to a CD or a memory stick and bring it to the meeting to be loaded PRIOR to the start of your session. If this is your option, make sure to let me know through an email to av.njmca@gmail.com .
